The collaborative process begins with a phone call. You’re going to share more information about yourself, what you’ve loved about past trips, what you hope to achieve and learn on this trip and who is traveling with you. I’ll take all of this information and start researching the best match for your needs. Nothing is copy and paste, it’s all personalized and completely customized. I might hop on a call with my destination based specialist to get the latest scoop on what locals are loving, or I may comb through the latest industry publications, and I’m definitely going to rely on my expertise and training. What you’ll get from the hours of my research is a proposal that we’ll edit, trim, and add to until we have the perfect plan. I’ll book all of the components while you set a countdown clock for your departure! When it’s almost time to go I make sure you have everything that you need and then I’ll stay informed during your trip and touch base with you when you get home.
