Book Luxury hotels Online with Perspectives Travel

Rest assured that your reservation is still a direct booking with the hotel. However, through our Preferred Partnerships, Perspectives Travel is able to elevate your booking in ways that you can’t access.

When available, Preferred Partner rates can include valuable benefits such as complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, hotel or resort credits, early check-in, late checkout, and VIP recognition, often at the same publicly available rate as booking directly.

But the value goes beyond the amenities. Perspectives Travel remains your advocate after you book, working with the hotel to communicate your preferences, special requests, and eligible benefitS. Our hotel portal was specifically designed to give travelers the convenience of self-booking while retaining access to advisor-affiliated hotel programs.

The Perspectives Travel Luxury Collection hotel portal allows you to search and book luxury hotels yourself while accessing eligible Preferred Partner rates and benefits available through Perspectives Travel. You can compare hotels, room types, rates, and included amenities online and reserve your stay when you're ready.

TravelWits is the technology powering the portal; your reservation is still linked to Perspectives Travel and our hotel relationships.

Start with the Perspectives Travel Luxury Collection, as it provides a more comprehensive list of preferred partner options. Virtuoso is another complementary option that includes participating Virtuoso properties with current rates and preferred partner amenities.

The Perspectives Travel Hotel Portal is ideal for travelers who already know where they want to stay and prefer the convenience of booking on their own, without giving up access to the benefits and relationships of a luxury travel advisor.

It's especially useful if you:

• Already have a hotel in mind and want to secure your room immediately.

• Prefer to research and book independently rather than wait for an advisor to complete the reservation.

• Want to compare rates, room categories, and available benefits before making your decision.

• Value the added benefits available through luxury hotel preferred-partner programs.

• Want the flexibility to book 24/7, while still having Perspectives Travel linked to your reservation.

In many cases, when using the Perspectives Travel Hotel Portal, you can still earn points and receive loyalty benefits. Eligible bookings through participating hotel programs can allow you to provide your hotel loyalty number at the time of booking.

However, benefits and eligibility can vary by hotel, program, and rate, so we recommend reviewing the specific rate details before booking, or contacting Perspectives Travel if you'd like us to confirm the best option for you.

The Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal is best used if you already know the hotel and room category you want to book. You can search hotels, availability, and rates and make bookings directly through the portal.

If you need more detailed itinerary planning request services here, and to book Four Seasons properties book directly on via the Perspectives Travel Luxury Collection or request Hotel Assistance Here.

Eligible bookings may include breakfast, hotel credits and other rate-specific amenities. Room upgrades and flexible check-in or checkout depend on hotel availability.

1 – Search + Select your hotel

Click the link below to open up my custom Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal. Navigate to "Hotels" at the top of the page and enter your destination in the search bar. Then, click on the hotel you want to book.

2 – Create your account

If this is your first time using the Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal, you will be prompted to create an account. An important note: you will need to create this account via your desktop or laptop, not a phone! If you're not automatically assigned me as your advisor during account creation, you will need to search for my name and confirm that name as your advisor. If you already have an account, then proceed with your payment information.

3 – Finalize + Book it!

Once you’ve confirmed the booking online, you will receive an email from Virtuoso with the details. I'll also reach out to you to reconfirm your stay to gather any additional information needed, as well as follow up with the hotel to ensure all special requests, Virtuoso amenities, and VIP status are added to your stay!

If your desired hotel isn't listed, we can still assist. Fill out the Request hotel assistance here, and our team will respond with the best recommended course of action.

There is no wrong way to book.

The Perspectives Travel Luxury Collection and Virtuoso Hotel Booking Tool are ideal when you already know the hotel you want and value the convenience of booking immediately, 24/7.

If you'd prefer a more hands-on experience, Perspectives Travel can personally research the options, provide our insight on the property and room categories, communicate directly with the hotel, and curate the reservation around your preferences.

Either way, you're gaining more than a hotel reservation. You're gaining access to Perspectives Travel's expertise, relationships, and advocacy.
