Why you should gift yourself a trip for your birthday

Twin Farms has been high on my list to visit for years, so for my birthday I decided to give myself a trip to Vermont. And while luxury and farm may not be two words that normally go together, but @twinfarms has found a way to make the combo work.

Tucked into 300 acres in the mountains of Vermont, the property feels like you’re entering a friends’ country estate, rather than a five star hotel. There is no detail that’s been overlooked, but the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. You can do as much or as little as you want to do, but the thing that is certain is that you will eat and drink well!

I stayed in the Main House Guest Room, which was recently updated and was both cozy and aesthetically stunning. Some of my favorite features were the wood burning fireplace, stunning views, meticulously curated art, and the snack box! I loved being in the main house because of the proximity to the game room, dining room, and of course, the bar!

With just 28 accommodations (the treehouses are now open!), @twinfarms sells out early and often, so reach out to @perspectivestravel when you’re ready to start planning your luxe farm getaway!
